Hot Dipped Galvannealed Steel Sheet
Hot dipped galvannealed steel is a resilient, corrosion-resistant option for applications subjected to harsh conditions. It is produced by inserting galvanized sheet steel into an induction annealing furnace, causing the iron and zinc layers to disseminate into one another, forming zinc-iron alloys at the surface. The coating is hard and brittle, with a matte appearance.
Hot dipped galvannealed steel sheet has a number of benefits, including: corrosion resistance, excellent surface appearance, formability, paintability and weldability.
